ortnite’s Winterfest 2024 day 1 is out, and it is very exciting as it is the start of Chapter 6, Season1 of the Battle Royale map. The event started with a tiny live concert by Mariah Carey who burst out of ice and gave the world chilling vibes by singing her famous chord “All I Want For Christmas Is You” and set the mood properly.
After the event got over, Mariah Carey was seen as an in-game NPC. Players that interacted with her while using a Christmas-themed emote were given free items. Moreover, the Yule Log Cabin (which is generally termed Winter Cabin) is back, and players are able to get free cosmetics by simply opening free presents.
Winterfest is new to you, don’t worry, here is a full guide on how to enjoy the event and earn gifts or tokens and other limited edition stuff.
How to Find the Winterfest Lodge
Remember that in order to open the gifts, you must go to the Winterfest Lodge first:
Start Fortnite, and from your screen select the Snowflake Icon from the menu located at the top.
Then the options: Choose Visit Lodge.
Upon entrance, you will notice that several gifts have been left around the lodge. Starting December 18, you will be able to open a gift every day until Winterfest ends on the January 5, 2025. Gifts reset every mornings at 9 a.m. ET. If you forget opening it for one or two days, don’t worry you can open several gifts at once, but we suggest keeping to one a day to enhance your experience to earn additional XP from the experience of sitting next to the fireplace.
What is usually found within Winterfest Presents?
There is some separation of gifts into two halves of the lodge as some are closer to the Santa Dogg skin in the left portion of the room while others are closer to the right section. Forthcoming are the set of rewards:
Right Side Presents
A tall pink present that bears a Teal bow will contain a Peppermint Paraglider glider A tall golden present containing a Yule bag back bling having a Blue bow. Red present with a green bow containing Snow sparkleContrail. Small pink present with a silver bow is called That’s Cold Jac! Back Bling there is also a small blue present (chin yellow bow) called Dogg Treat Pickaxe Left Side Presents.
The left side of the presents had:
Tall yellow present with a green bow Snoop’s Holladizzle Bass Instrument, A tall green present with a red bow has Yulejacket Skin within. Small yellow present which has a red bow is called Humbug Slicer Pickaxe Small pink present (an instrument) has Winterfest Guitar within it. Small grey present with a red bow have Tree Keys, Choose Naughty, as well as Crashed Chill Sprays inside it. Small blue present with blue bow contains Llama Lightbulb Emoticon Red square present with golden bow contains Run It Up Jam Track Finally Red (green bow) box present has Yulejacket’s Blaster weapon Wrap.
Bonus Present
A golden box with a red bow will enable you unlock the Santa Dogg Skin on 25th December 2024 at 9:00 AM ET. For this limited time outfit, go to the television in Winters cabin and get in the room to search a different mystery box.

In the year 2024, Winterfest is set to expand on their Item Shop with the following new additions:
Snowy Ops bundle, Mariah Carey, Guffmas Tree, and Santa Shaq.
With the return of OG Renegade Raider skin marking its return for the first time in 7 years.
