Coolpad Note 3S Review

Coolpad has been released some very good smartphones which are comes under an affordable price ranges with good specifications and it’s launched their first note 3 phone in late 2015 and after that they were released Note 3 Lite and Note 3 plus and all these three smartphones are looks very similar with just have only few changes in specifications in order to give competition to the other companies and also to show the difference in price and last year Coolpad released Coolpad Mega 3,This one also not made a big impact on the smartphone market so they finally came up with this new Note 3S. Coolpad need to offers much more specifications then the other smartphones in order to give the very tough competition to the companies like Huawei , Xiaomi , Lenovo , Motorola and Asus . Comes to the design, The design of this phone is very good and especially the glass panels on the rear and front are the taper a little from each side in place of where they fit the phone’s frame. you will see a thin dotted pattern on front face of the phone and that will only see-able when you look very closely. This phone perfectly fits in a palm but since the back is with glass it became very slippery and also the sides of the phone made of an aluminium alloy.

The navigation buttons are at below the screen but unfortunately those are not backlit which makes them much harder to locate than normal. Actually we seen so many smartphones and maximum number of phones have the power button and volume buttons are at same side but in this one, the volume buttons are on left side while the power button is on right side which is a very unusual to see in smartphones. On top of the phone you will see a 3.5 mm audio socket and also a hybrid SIM tray which let’s you use two nano SIM’s or one nano SIM and a micro SD card. At bottom you will see a micro USB port. you will see a speaker grille at near the bottom on back side.  Coolpad Note 3S has a 5.5 inch LCD display with resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels at 267 ppi pixel density, just same as like Coolpad Mega 3. There is a  Qualcomm snapdragon 415 chipset which has octa core running at 1.3 Ghz Cortex A53 processor and this phone has a powerful Adreno 405 graphic processor and it will definitely gives you the best experience for  games.

Coolpad note 3s runs with an Android 6.0 marshmallow operating system. This phone comes up with 32 GB of internal storage with a 3 GB of RAM and also a micro SD card which helps you to increase the storage space and it can be expanded up to 32 GB. Comes to the camera options, this phones camera quality is very decent and it is one of the best thing in this phone and it has a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash. This camera has some very good features such as like Touch Focus, Geo Tagging, HDR, Panorama and Face Detection. This phone has a 5 megapixel front camera which helps you take some very good selfies. you can record videos at Full HD quality using both front and rear cameras. Coolpad note 3s supports for WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, LTE, Bluetooth v4.0, FM, and GPS/A-GPS. This phone has only few sensors which includes with a fingerprint sensor, which is mounted on back side of the phone, Proximity and Accelerometer sensor.

One of the drawback of this phone is it’s battery. This phone has a Non Removable Li-Po 2500 mAh battery. The battery life is not that good since it has the low battery capacity and it lasted for almost 8 hours. This phone is weighing at 163 g and this Note 3S is available in both white and gold colors. you can get this phone at price Rs. 9,999/-,it’s a very good price for a phone with specs like this.
