Gigabyte Unleashes Game-Changing Aorus & Aero Laptops with RTX 50 Power.

The firm has added a powerful set of 16 and 18-inch laptops with cutting edge design, featuring Nvidia RTX 50 GPU’s. A preview with Aorus Master, Aorus Elite 16, and Aero X16.

LAS VEGAS – During the CES 2025, Gigabyte presented its most recent edition of gaming laptops, bypassing the modern updates from Nvidia, AMD, and Intel. Apart from the mentioned hardware improvements, the firm had also gone through a rebranding and reconstruction of their entire collection, in achieving excellence in performance and design.

Aorus Master: Ultra Performance in 18 and 16-Inch Models

Aorus Master is the premium segment of Gigabyte’s laptop offerings, combining top of the range powerful hardware and high resolution displays.

  • Aorus Master 18: This flagship model incorporates the advanced Intel Arrow Lake HX processors and may use the Nvidia RTX 5090 GPU. It is fitted with 18 inches mini LED panel having a refresh rate of 240Hz and HDR 1000 for a desktop gaming feel.
  • Aorus Master 16: With most specifications mirroring its older brother, the 16-inch version provides options for an OLED or mini LED panel, both having a refresh rate of 240Hz and supporting HDR.

Both the models have Thunderbolt 5 compatibility which makes these laptops perfect for gaming, content creation, and professional use.

Aorus Elite 16: Balancing Power and Affordability

The Aorus Elite 16 is a bit easier on the pockets, compared to the Master series.

  • Specifications: It still maxes out at an RTX 5090 GPU and features Intel Arrow lake HX processors while offering a 240Hz OLED display with HDR 500.
  • Design: Although it misses out on some progressive technology present in Master series, it is aimed at the gaming enthusiasts and working professionals who need great performance.

Aero x16: Slim and Portable with a range of choices.

The Aero series focuses on mobility without loss of power. They have a sleek design and are extremely lightweight.

  • Design & Build: Despite being a 16-inch gaming laptop, the Aero X16 weighs 4.18 pounds and is 0.66 inches thick which makes it quite portable.
  • Performance: The Aero X16 has high performing Intel Arrow Lake HX or AMD Ryzen processors and the RTX 5070 GPU which allows gamers and creators to perform their tasks without facing any problems.
  • Unique Features: The typing experience has been made more enjoyable with the Aero X16’s Golden C Key design which Gigabyte is known for. On top of that, X16 also includes productivity enhancements with support for AMD’s Copilot+ chips.
