1. The Hike app first identifies if your friend is online or not.
2. If the person is online then you can chat generally by sending him hike messages but suppose if the person is in offline mode then you can send a text message (Not general hike message) directly to your friends mobile.
How to Send Offline Message through Hike
1. On seeing the notification that the receiving person is in offline Tap on button .
2. Select the messages you want to send.
3. After selecting the messages tap on send button to send them
4.Now the Hike App will inbox you messages to the receiving persons mobile.

1. Privacy: If you don't want others to disturb you with their annoying messages or to see your profile picture or last seen or your status update. you have to just change your privacy setting
